Everything you need to know about joining Birmingham's finest wine club.

All deliveries are made between Tuesday and Saturday, with a choice of morning or afternoon slots. We use temperature-controlled vans to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition. Deliveries require an adult signature (18+). Free for all members within Birmingham city limits.

Absolutely. You can pause your membership for up to three months at any time with 14 days' notice. Cancellation is also straightforward — just give us 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle. No hidden fees, no penalties. We believe in making wine discovery stress-free.

Our team of three certified sommeliers travels globally to source wines from small, independent vineyards. Each month's selection is curated around a theme — from emerging regions to classic appellations. We taste over 200 wines to select the final five, ensuring exceptional quality and value at every price point.

Birmingham Wine Club (BWC) collects personal data including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and payment information when you sign up for membership. We use this data solely to process your membership, deliver wines, send tasting notes, and communicate about events.

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers within the United Kingdom. We retain your information for the duration of your membership plus 12 months after cancellation. We never sell your data to third parties. We may share your delivery address with our logistics partner (DPD Local) solely for delivery purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@birminghamwine.co.uk. We respond to all requests within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.

Terms & Conditions

Birmingham Wine Club Ltd (company number 12345678, registered at 47 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2BS) provides wine membership services. By joining, you agree to these terms. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. We reserve the right to verify age upon delivery.

Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by UK consumer law. You may cancel your membership with 30 days' notice. We may modify membership plans with 14 days' written notice. All intellectual property on this website is owned by BWC and may not be reproduced without permission.

Our liability for any claim arising from membership is limited to the total fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Risk Disclosure

Wine club membership involves financial commitment. Monthly fees are non-refundable after the billing date. Wine is a consumable product subject to variation in taste, quality, and vintage. Past selections do not guarantee future quality or value. We do not represent that wine appreciation will result in any financial return.

Alcohol consumption carries health risks. Please drink responsibly. Members must be 18 years or older. We recommend enjoying wine in moderation as part of a balanced lifestyle. If you have health concerns related to alcohol consumption, consult your healthcare provider before joining.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Membership does not constitute an investment or collectible asset guarantee.
